The pergola with awning makes it pleasant to stay on the roof terrace. There is a lounge corner, dining area and sun loungers.

The apartment is one of the nicest, most luxuriously furnished apartments and equipped with all the comforts of the Oasis Beach X resort. The resort is situated in a quiet area 3 km from the beach of Guardamar del Segura. The center of Guardamar is 8 minutes drive, Torrevieja center is a 12 minute drive.
